A classic white Scandinavian style kitchen!!

Overlooking the browns bay hill this home renovation aimed to maximise the amazing views and light from the outdoors. The original kitchen in the home was dark and confined into a corner. The brief to Mica Homes was to make the kitchen a larger practical space, modernise and pay homage to the aesthetics of minimalism. Grasping these challenges set by the client and space, the new kitchen design and layout went far beyond what could have been perceived by the client. The solution encompasses what is essentially a large house kitchen.

The kitchen features a Scandinavian colour palette allows elements such as the White Ice benchtop and marble tiled splashback to become the statement pieces of the kitchen.

The kitchen features new rangehood, cooktop, minimal handles, black Tapware for contrast and hides some of the appliances behind doors such as coffee machine, vacuum cleaner and other larger kitchen appliances. Integrated storage helps maintain the theme of keeping the look streamlined.

The design allows the eye to easily look past the kitchen and out towards the view beyond, connecting the two together.
