Project Flashback!

Project Botany Medical & Urgent Care was Construction Managed by AKKAD NZ Projects, completed in 2019.

Forming part of the Botany Town Centre Shopping Complex, this former ANZ was acquired by our clients with the purpose of renovating and creating a Medical & Urgent Care Facility to serve the local East Auckland Community.

Construction Management by AKKAD NZ Projects involved not just the typical relationship between us and the client, but also with the Botany Town Centre Management, as well as the general public. It's imperative that we have proper procedures in place to make sure the site was safe and secure for Public and Personnel!! 🦺 🛠️ 🏥 🛠️ ⛑️

Project Underway!

Project Gardens has now been under construction for a few months, Designed & Managed by AKKAD NZ Projects.

This large plot of land has been developed in stages as per the owner's request, with two dwellings already being built at the back of the property, and three large dwellings being constructed currently.

Swipe through the photos to see our progress over the last three months! From excavations, site levelling and retaining walls, to foundations, framing, and roofing, progress has been made in a very short amount of time!

The Core Principle behind a healthy and warm home is having good thermal insulation, allowing heat to naturally move from warm areas to cold ones.

Effective insulation acts as a barrier, preventing heat from escaping your home! A well insulated dwelling not only retains warmth but also creates a more comfortable living environment.

Project Flashback!

Project Villa 21 was Designed & Managed by AKKAD NZ Projects, completed in 2019.

This large corner section sloping downwards towards the Half Moon Bay Marina maintained an existing dwelling, which we demolished in order to make way for this large 3 level family home! With breathtaking views of the Half Moon Bay Marina, every room was thought out and maximised, with a smart floorplan which allowed every room a glimpse of the view, even from the back of the house. In addition, a three bedroom minor dwelling sits at the bottom of the property, with separate driveway access.

Designed with a modern brief, everything from the paint colour to cabinetry was picked out by the owners themselves, to suit their own tastes! We managed the rest!
