From an empty site to eight new homes ready to be occupied — this development is officially wrapped up.

A huge thanks to our client for putting their trust in us to build them, and to all the subcontractors who helped deliver the project along the way - from the brickwork to the landscaping - it takes a team 👏🏽

Massive credit to Ryan as the project lead and the SB Building & Roofing team. The boys have put in a serious shift on this one and the result speaks for itself. Absolute weapons 💪🏽

Big changes happening on this site 🤙🏽🏡

We’ve kicked off this landscaping project, transforming the outdoor space to include a brand new pool area and full site reshape. From excavation to final finish, this one’s all about creating a space that looks sharp and works perfectly for the homeowners.

Machinery’s in, groundwork is underway, and it’s awesome to see it all starting to take shape. Plenty more to come as we bring this vision to life 💪🏽
