I have a linen opinion that not everyone will agree with... I actually think linen is better in Winter than Summer.

Most people associate linen with hot Summer nights, but I love how comfortable and relaxed it feels during the cooler months.

Paired with a cosy duvet, it creates a bed that feels breathable without being heavy.

It's one of the most common questions people ask when comparing linen bedding.

The answer is that GSM measures fabric weight, not quality.

While GSM can influence how substantial or lightweight a fabric feels, the quality of the flax fibres, weaving, finishing, and craftsmanship all play an important role too.

Our French flax linen bedding is approximately 165–175 GSM, a weight we chose for its balance of breathability, softness, and year-round comfort.
