The Summerhill Charitable Trust community hall is now open, and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing it to life. Every detail reflects the craftsmanship we stand for - right down to the timber, milled from trees on the property itself.

A truly unique structure, built from trees milled on-site at Summerhill - a project we're proud to have been part of.

Its mission is to 'serve the community' for recreational and educational purposes.

It was an honour to build this new community facility for the Summerhill Charitable Trust. Crafted from cypress, Victorian ash, and blackwood - each tree milled right here on the land where it grew.

From the structure, you can see the very hills these trees once stood on, a building truly connected to its place. A rare thing these days, and something truly special to be part of.

Rain screen going up at our project, bringing both sustainability and aesthetics to the build. We're proud to incorporate locally sourced Cypress (Lusitanica) to craft something truly unique.

Working with the natural contours of this beachfront site, we crafted a garden retreat that blends natural beauty with well-considered outdoor living spaces. Boardwalk decking connects the house to a firepit cove. Floating off-set steps descend to a custom bench seat, crafted around mature Pohutukawa trees.
