Autumn is well underway - as is this rural home in Napier.

The site is teaming with Wielinga Construction carpenters and numerous subtrades.

All cladding on; painting is underway; ground-mounted Solar PV array installed; walls lined; and grooved ceilings going in.
Exterior Prolam Ltd portal frames and covered exterior decks are being built with the Abodo Wood T&G lining onsite and ready to install.

The A3(+) LiTe House is a passion project that has been simmering away for some time and is now progressing towards being a fully designed and costed reality.
This home focuses on conventional construction done well — minimising wastage, considered and simple detailing, and using readily available products.
As the detailed design progresses we will continue to explore the wide array of possibilities that could be included, and look forward to sharing some of those decisions as we go.
