I want to fill this area and repeat plant with natives.
Its a great time in autumn to do planting.
Dividing plants and finding self sown seedlings is a really good option to save money on plants .
And another good time to do it is right before its meant to rain!
Because the soil is so stony and barren Im taking buggy fulls from a pile of soil that I saved when they started digging up the road for the roadworks..
I had to w**d the pile of soil before I could get to it!!!

For some reason Ive never been able to grow hollyhocks before...

So instead of care and nurture with plants, this time I grabbed seeds out of a friend's plants...
Not knowing what colour's they were and haphazardly just threw them all over the garden!
And look!!!
I not only have hollyhocks growing but each plant is a different colour...
4 different colour's all growing along side each other..
Whst are the chances!!!?

Very excited I stopped and took a Pic out of the car window...
The tui is in the Pic but blinded by the light..
