Well it's been a while since I lasted posted on this page!
And at this time of year, the plants are mostly dormant.
But I wanted to share a pop of colour and contrast, with the Miri's Plants signature macrame and black pot combo.

🌱 Finding an incredibly difficult to grow and nurture plant, when every time you buy one it DIES.......randomly sprouting up in a pot with another plant! 2️⃣
🥳 I must have left an Alocasia Corn 🌽 in my potting mix - and in she went with this Haworthia 👩‍🌾
😍 Yey!!!!!
📝Side Note - I have several Alocasia Corns 🌽 I am currently TRYING to sprout 🌱 in contained pots, but do you think they are sprouting?? No! Of course they aren't 🤣🤣

Grab the Binoculars! What is that fish 🐟 like mammal swimming in the distance ⁉️

I think it might just be a Dolphin! 🐬 And rather than a 'Pod' of Dolphins, they are all in a row attached to a string...........🧵

🐬 The String of Dolphins is a cross-pollination of String of Pearls and the Hot Dog Cactus.
🐬 Dolphin shaped leaves and hanging tendrils.
🐬 String of dolphins prefers bright but indirect light. In saying that, they can also be acclimatised to withstand some sun in cooler climates. Hello New Zealand Winter!
🐬 A cascading plant that would go hand in hand with a Miri's Plant Macrame Plant Hanger (small 14cm or big 19cm pot). Take your pick from white or black.

Almost like an Arrowhead Plant 🏹 but different! Another Pink 🩷and Green 💚 combination plant to add to Miri's Plants Collection. It was love at first sight 😍with the striking pink in the centre of the leaf, contrasted by the darker green on the outer edges.

👉 These are a standout on any shelf!

These green leafed beauties are a nice addition for Caladium lovers out there. I look at these as reasonably traditional, with simple darker green veins and lighter green leaves. I am best planted in a pot or well draining container 🪴

Similar to the Caladium Red Flash's cousin (Tapestry), this variety has a more prominent red vein structure, with less white mottling on the outer leaves.

It stuck out to me with having such contrast on each leaf ☯️ Colour is life! 🌈
