🔨 One fence turned into two.

Our client initially contacted us to replace a storm-damaged boundary fence.

We're Dylan Taylor and Victoria Henderson — business partners and the people behind Taylor'D Renovations, a locally owned and operated building company based in Nelson.

🔨 Meet Dylan

A Licensed Building Practitioner and experienced qualified builder, Dylan is the hands-on construction side of Taylor'D. He brings years of practical experience across renovations, alterations, new builds, repairs and general building work.

He's the one you'll find on site — managing the work, solving problems and making sure quality remains at the heart of every project.

📋 Meet Victoria

With extensive experience in construction operations and business management, Victoria keeps the operational side of Taylor'D moving — from client communication and estimating through to scheduling, project coordination and accounts.

She's often the first person you'll speak to and the one working behind the scenes to keep projects organised from start to finish.
