Fusion Plumbing and Solar are on the hunt for an A+ Plumber Drainlayer.

We’re Nelson’s #1 Plumbing Company and our business is booming. We’ve got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands! Both our builders and maintenance clients are flat tack! And we have big plans to make 2026 a great year!

Now, if you’re not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months…we don’t want any muppets!

Here’s why working with us will be the best career move you ever make:

Earn $34 -$44 per hour –we pay top rates
You get a company vehicle and mobile phone
A tool allowance over and above your hourly rate
If you’re relocating we’ll help with any moving costs up to $2,000
Overalls, wet weather gear and boots provided –we’ve just got flash new uniforms too!

Here’s what we need from you:

Be a New Zealand Qualified and Tradesman Plumber Drainlayer.
Hold a current Practising License.
Have a clean full NZ Drivers license.
Experience with excavators would be an advantage.
Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
Honest and trustworthy.
Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
