Dan has ‘flown’ thousands of kitchen missions in his 10 years as Project Manager. A true leader in his trade and we are so proud to work with him.
Project management in our world isn’t easy. It’s high pressure, fast moving, and demands precision at every step.
Calm under pressure, incredibly precise, and deeply invested in getting every detail right — it’s very rare Dan misses a beat. Leading from the front seat, flying every project home with precision.
Born in 1986 and a lifelong Top Gun fan, it’s only right we say… Dan’s been our Maverick.
