We are back home now but we managed to squeeze in one more garden before we left.This is the Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens in the heart of Toyko.It is a huge park for such a densely populated city.

Japan is an absolute must if you are a garden lover,especially for Japanese style gardens.Every where you go there are beautiful gardens, even driving around the suburbs you see amazing cloud pruned,and large Bonzai styled trees.There were a few gardens that we didn't have time to get too but hopefully we will get back there some day to see them.

We caught the tail end of the Cherry Blossoms and I could only imagine how amazing it would be when they are in full bloom.Is saying that I definitely think Autumn would be something else in this beautiful country,when the Maples would be putting on a Splendid show.

Day 1 in Tokyo and we managed to see the Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding gardens.While we missed the full flush of the Cherry Blossoms some are still out due to the cold weather recently.We also had a nice walk though the Hamarikyu gardens.This was quite a large garden area alongside the Sumida river.

Here's hoping for rain tomorrow 🤞.Its starting do get alittle bit dry around our way

Here are some before and after photos of a Japanese garden that I have recently completed.A small court yard are that had a couple of existing maples.The client wanted a water feature to be the main feature,then we tried to incorporate a couple of different styles of Japanese gardens into the one.
