This home started life as a large tin shed. The boys at BHT Builders did an impeccable job consisting of roof, trusses, joinery and full re clad. The cedar is highlighted by the Nu Wall back drop. Our job is done and off we go.

Quite the update for this oldie in Stanmore Bay. New roof, fascia and full repaint including brick , garage doors and asphalt shingles. With 5 car garaging, it’s a man’s dream home.

We’ve been with this home since the beginning. It was the beginning of my company. From watching this place from slab and framing to a family home, we have been the caretakers making sure it’s kept up to its owners standards.
And now this family is on to there next chapter and we cannot express how lucky we have felt to be able to maintain this beautiful home in Waitoki.
