It's amazing just what some preparation and fresh paint can achieve, especially adding in a more cleaner white colour selection to the kitchen/dining/laundry.

The crew have been going great guns and now have the Resene Construction Systems - Rockcote & Plaster Systems integra cladding approx 90% complete.
This beauty is going to be finished off with a light Adobe texture, and decorative window cill bands to go with.

It's a beautiful winters day in the mighty Manawatu to be outside laying down some sample boards for a client ☀️
These boards are completed with a render called- STO Calce, from the STO plaster range.
This render encompasses humidity management technology by absorbing and releasing humidity inside a building at the appropriate times required. This is a clay/lime based render with multiple colour and finished texture options.
