One of our core missions is to positively influence the industry nationwide, and we believe that starts with the next generation. The way apprentices are trained, mentored, and developed today will shape the quality and reputation of our trade tomorrow.
As a qualified painter and decorator, I believe giving back to the industry is a responsibility, not an option. Providing apprenticeship opportunities and investing in the growth of young tradespeople is a crucial step toward achieving our vision of a stronger, more professional industry for years to come.
