We are now closed for business.

With the arrival of our second child, I am taking on the role of full time dad. Once Jet starts daycare I may start back up, but as that's over a year away (at least), we have decided to shut down in the interim.

Recently at BNI Palmerston North I have been talking about my business and what separates DYNDEC from the rest. As part of our core values we try to give back to our community. Most recently this was by helping the great Leonie Hapeta and amazing Aleisha Rutherford with their mammoth effort in redecorating Camellia House. This was achieved with a working bee and very little funding! Despite their time and effort given freely, I don't think there was an article written on it, but all those that helped deserve a big "THANKYOU!" for their hard work. Often the effort and hours put in are not known.

As I've been reflecting on what we've been contributing to, I recalled another project we did a few years ago for a family in need. There was also a TV crew there at the time but I didn't manage to get hold of any of the footage. If anyone has any contacts that used to work for Tararua TV who may be able to get hold of that footage, we would appreciate if you would put us in contact. it'd be great to look back at what was a massive effort for a great family. Quite often we are simply refreshing paintwork or maintaining buildings, and we love to upgrade buildings too. Every now and then however we are asked to achieve a fantastic result for our client; to go above and beyond what is easy and what is normal. We have had the privilege of doing just that not too long ago. As this time of the year is insanely busy, we didn't manage to get Kevin Bills Photography on board to snap the before and afters but thought we'd throw up what we have anyway

Winter is upon us and it's time for those interior jobs! We've been so busy we haven't managed photos for a while, but we'll get some up in the next month or so. Thanks to our great clients who have been busy referring us on, we appreciate the business.
