2020 you’ve sure been one for the history books!

Throughout our NZ lockdown and isolation we all had much to reflect on. Many have gained perspective about what is really important and have rediscovered the value of human connection.

We’ve reprioritise our needs versus wants. Toilet rolls became newsworthy, our homes became our offices and school classrooms. More meals were made from scratch in our kitchens (flour and yeast will never be underrated staples again).
And as we sourced the best zoom meeting backdrops in our homes... we often found ourselves repeating ‘you’re on mute’!

We pulled together as the ‘team of 5 million’ and became the envy of the word for the result; stopping the spread of Covid-19 in Aotearoa.

The team at Hughes Joinery are grateful to all of our 2020 clients for choosing us to create some of your new wish list items and make these home improvements happen for you this year.

I hear it’s snowing in New York, but it’s sunny and warm here in Waihi Beach. Getting Christmas ready with another HJ joinery install throughout these beautifully designed town houses - just a stones throw from the beach. Summer time pre Christmas vibes happening.
