𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 - Mt Biggs School

Stoked to get this one across the line. We’ve just wrapped up a new shade sail installation at Mount Biggs School, creating a great outdoor space for the kids to learn, relax, and hang out right next to the bush and pond area.

This spot is all about enjoying the outdoors while staying protected, and we reckon it’s going to get a lot of use for years to come.

We handled the shade sails using 𝐊𝐨𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐱 𝟑𝟕𝟎 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐡, with a big assist from THOR Fencing Ltd on installing the poles – cheers for the solid work.

Awesome to be part of a project that’ll benefit the next generation and make the most of such a cool natural space.

Perfect timing too… colder days, longer nights, and now a space the whole family can enjoy all winter.

What a beautiful sunny day - but don’t let it fool you.

With 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐮 forecast to hit NZ this Sunday, now is the perfect time to prepare. In today’s video we’re checking mounting points on a shade sail to make sure everything is safe, secure, and tensioned correctly before the weather turns.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐬:

• Leave patio blinds up to reduce wind damage

Winter prep in action
This timelapse shows us taking shade sails down for seasonal maintenance. We do this for schools, ECE centres, councils, and businesses to allow for cleaning and repairs, extend sail life, and let a bit more winter sun into buildings.
They’ll be back up in spring, ready to go
