As I become more qualified and integrate other APT medicines (Maori Rongoa and long known herbal remedies), the healing tinctures I make are more target specific and more potent.

From now on if a person requires either tincture or OG Bears (gummis) there will be a one off charge of $65. This is so I can utilise 1 1/2 hours to do a thorough Medical History and Healing analysis. Things I will cover is history of complaint, medications (check to make sure no contraindications), history of other medicines, other important medical considerations (age, familial history, complications and so on). a Full Healing Therapy will be presented which will contain suggestions, other useful supplements to aid the persons own healing.

This will aid a person immensely and your Health Summary will be emailed to you. As well, a medicine info sheet will accompany your CBD oil. The $65 fee is a one off and subsequent consults as we update or remake your tincture according to need, will not be charged.

Im very happy with the changes and I hope you will be too - another step along the path to a well characterised Integrated Health Professional and a Medicinal Cannabis Practitioner!

As is the case with most healing practioners, all personal information is confidential and will not be discussed nor released to any other person except and only if the persons life is at risk.

All topical balms and creams are stilll available across the counter and not subject to a consult.

A few years ago now, I was challenged for recommending that people come off their medications by people who don’t understand my work or my experience in working with whaiora or the elderly.

This pic is my mother whom I cared for in her last years. She took a handful of pills 3 times a day for years without question. Many of these pills were prescribed for side effects from other pills. We sat down with Mum’s Philippino Dr, a specialist in working with the elderly, and went over every tablet to see if there were any health supplements, kai or water she could have as an alternative.

With the Drs blessing, we got Mum down to 3 tablets 3 x a day instead of 3 handfuls 3 x a day. Our Mum stayed with us till she was 89 years old. Try to make an effort to go over all the meds these Drs feed our kuia and kaumatua as they are so harsh on their organs and many are sooo unnecessary

I feel it’s a good time to repeat a very simple rule of thumb with regard to Using Onauku’s Pain Alternative Medicines - IF IT SITS IN THE CUPBOARD OR ON THE TABLE NEXT TO YOUR BED AND IS NOT BEING APPLIED AT LEAST TWICE DAILY THEN IT WILL NOT WORK.

Especially in the beginnings when you first start using Onauku’s products it is recommended that you apply the Massage Oil, Tai Massage Ceaam or Amazing CBD Balm at least TWICE a day, three times is best. Rub in gentle circles completely covering the injured area FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE. Applying heat afterwards helps as well. If after ten minutes your pain has not subsided to at least a One on a scale of One being the least Ten being the worst pain, reapply and spread further upward and downward from the injured aarea.

After six weeks of three times a day, you should be able to reduce your application to once a day. Within two months you should be able to apply once every two days. Eventually you may only need to apply once a fortnight! Once weekly if you are stressing the injured area with a heavy work load

The natural products work with your own Healing system so rather than needing more (as is often the case of pharmaceuticals) your body requires LESS. Happy Healing everyone!

Kia ora tātou, lots of mahi has taken place by everyone over the past few days to get ready. Just a few final pānui for our big weekend.
- On Saturday morning, please be in the pā gates BEFORE 6am, follow the instructions of the parking crew and find your way to Te Pūrepo. We want ALL lights off from 6am, please. If this is too early, all good. Just arrive after 7am, in time for breakfast.
- KOHA - all koha goes to Jean Hikaka. Koha kai is also appreciated but bear in mind we are having an outdoor camp style kitchen with very limited facilities to heat or process kai. We have no idea how many people will show up but we are hoping no one will leave hungry. Please help out in the kitchen where you can. This is a volunteer-run kaupapa. If you are expecting fancy cappuccinos, you will probably be disappointed.
- Saturday morning - mahi māra! We have trees to plant and gorse to chop. Please bring a spade and some gloves. Maybe some loppers? But you can also just chill around the fire, hang out and admire the garden.
- Tamariki zone - we've got you sorted.
- Saturday afternoon - we will have some impromptu kōrero at the māra around the fire.
- Saturday evening - concert at Te Niho o Te Atiawa (ie INSIDE!). We haven't published the programme but we've got local talent as well as a nationally-touring diva. Exciting! From 6pm.
- The weather .... looking good at the moment. Please dress appropriately.
- Health and Safety - a lot of our whānau have had a rough few weeks with illness. If you are unwell, please look after yourself and others and stay at home.
- We will probably be too busy to respond to messages over the next couple of days. Just come along and we will see you on Saturday.

By adding heat and rubbing gently in circular movement for at least One Minute. Then the PAMs (pain alternative medicine) and anti inflammatory properties of the CBD,kawakawa, Dock Leaf, Peppermint & Kanuka ingredients were able to pe*****te effectively.!👍😃

The lovely lady in question is now moving without hindrance and her pain level is much much lower. Swelling is down and she has been able to return to work, a job she enjoys. 🙏👍
