Groundwork is complete for this 20 home development in eastern Porirua.

Inspire is supporting the the Central Pacific Collective's "Our Whare Our Fale" project. The goal: up to 300 affordable homes for Pasifika families in the region over the next 5-10 years. Our team is covering 20 homes, with 7 through to first fix and ready for lining.

We are proud to share the completion of works at Wadestown School, delivered for the Ministry of Education.

Two end-of-life teaching spaces were deconstructed, with the existing floor platforms retained and rebuilt as functional outdoor areas for the school. Works included deck formation, membrane coverings, tactile indicators, stair nosing, fencing, and drainage works.

This was a project that required careful sequencing and strong site management to keep the school operational throughout.

A great result for the students and staff who'll use these spaces.

April was hectic, fitting back-to-back jobs into a few short weeks.

Last week we wrapped it up with an afternoon at Hospitality Creek for a round of paintball. Check out our before and afters.

New stormwater and sewer mains laid to Newland College's new classroom blocks.

Underground drainage doesn't usually make the finished project shots, but it has to be right before anything else can follow. Our team worked around a live school site and the build programme to get it all done cleanly.

Great work from the Inspire team.

Our team is on the ground in Crofton Downs, working on a nine-house modular housing development with Niche Group.

The homes are built at the Niche Modular factory in Petone and moved to site once complete, which means our plumbing work spans both the factory and the site before everything comes together at installation. This is a solid process that keeps things efficient, with the new homes ready to be lived in just four weeks post landing on site.

We look forward to sharing the finished result!

Hydro excavation underway at Aotea College in Wellington.

High-pressure water breaks up the ground without damaging the pipes and cables already buried underneath. Safer, cleaner, and a lot less disruptive for a school that's still in use.
