The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development and brand visibility efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on ex*****on and is perfect for someone with a strong background in the construction or trades industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Build and manage client relationships to drive repeat business

Create marketing materials and campaigns (digital & traditional)

Manage our online presence, including website and social media

Track and analyze campaign performance and sales metrics

Collaborate with operations and project teams to align messaging

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or related industries

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on results

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
