Completed for Rotorua District Council’s new recycling facility, this 14m x 18m Truss Shelter was installed on six-high engineered concrete block walls to maximise storage volume and operational flexibility.

The project was fully engineered, consented, supplied and installed by our team, delivering a cost-effective solution with exceptional internal capacity for recycling operations.

Rain skirts — small detail, big consequence.

These sit up under the rain flap and run along the container roof to the outside, stopping water from tracking back into your shelter (which is exactly what happens on a lot of standard installs).

No guessing, no relying on luck — just controlled water management.

✔️ Direct runoff into a gutter
✔️ Or let it discharge cleanly to ground
✔️ Keeps stock, gear, and floor dry
✔️ Especially critical in heavy weather or long runs

Most setups ignore this… and pay for it later with damp gear, muddy floors, and callbacks.

Our standard 8m profile shelter, but only 30ft long and mounted high on 3m steel posts.

The whole structure is ballasted on concrete blocks, meaning no foundations required, while still being fully engineered and signed off.
