Here’s why:
✅ Every Mobi Mansion is built on a genuine road-registered trailer with a current WOF, registration, wheels, and lights
✅ This legally makes it a caravan — not a building
✅ Caravans are exempt from building consents and resource consents
✅ No Council applications, no waiting months for approval, no expensive compliance costs
The only things to keep in mind:
• Don’t remove the wheels
• Don’t build a permanent, non-removable deck around it
