Ever wondered how bridges get to be where they are when they cross rivers in fabulously remote locations? We built most of this new bridge in our yard, transported it on the back of a truck, with a little 11km ride flown by Helicopter Services (BOP) Limited and finally installed. Next time you're near the Central Te Poe hut in Whiriknaki Te Pua-a-Tāne conservation park, check out this bridge of beauty.
