Time to put down the brush and think about long term health. Precise painting is shutting its doors and moving into a sales representative position. Sun's been out 🌞 exteriors on. Top level done in 3 days, 3 coats with safety equipment. Client chipping away at bottom.

First job of 2023 complete 🔥🔥

One I definitely should've taken before photos. Scotia, skirtings, door frames, window frames and doors were all originally varnished... now it's all modernised and can't wait to see the finished project 🔥🔥🔥

P.s hinges are being replaced for the eagle eyes 😉

New dentist out katikati, full interior renovated, new gib,frames,doors, exterior front and back painted as well as the aluminum joinery on the front windows inside and out with car paint spray finished 👌
