Here is a few photos of a recent architectural build in Rotorua.
It was a great project with a bit of everything. A mix of brick, abodo and standing seam cladding.
Long run colour steel, standing seam and enviroclad membrane roofing.
Steel portals and beams along with plenty of timber work.

Vertical Abodo weatherboard cladding was used alongside brick.
Nice big Alfresco area with Garapa hardwood decking.
Abodo is a great option, it is sourced and manufactured in New Zealand, and is treated naturally.

Nice little 70m2 two bedroom build.
Was a bit of a tricky foundation due to site access for the digger and the watertable, poles having to go 3m+ into the ground.

Basic but good.
Monolithic cladding cracking and starting to leak. We doubled glazed the windows & replaced cladding with good old timber weatherboard. Can't go wrong keep it painted up and it's going to last 50 years plus solid as.

Total Transformation. As good as new.

An older house that was moved to a new section. We then brought it back to life, with some alterations /additions, new cladding, roof, revamp inside, new kitchen, and up to current building standards, giving it a nice new modern look. What a contrast!
