Client needed a quick fix to make the decking height compliant. Tenants moved in the next day. We smashed this out while utilising the existing frame work. Paint it black and you would never know…..

And just like that we have the pool signed off. Decking, Fencing, Planting and finishing all done by us. TCC required the glass to be replaced that lead to pool to be safety glass. We found a solution that will meet code and be a fraction of the price without any replacement needed. Also interconnected smoke alarms that are literally half the price of traditional styles.
