Here's a project completed late 2022 by Chris Brown Design Ltd. The client wanted a modern "black barn style" outside and a light and airy feel inside. You can see some of our early designs and the finished product here. A tricky life style block in the middle of a flood plane so we have to be up on piles.

​This home is a compact design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage, all squeezed into 175m2 of area with a covered outdoor area for entertaining.

Stack bonded block veneer contrasts beautifully with plywood cladding to create a modern clean look.
