I recently did an end of tenancy clean for a client that had a little mishap with a hot candle. As you can see the dark outline around the wax (photo 2 shows it better) tells me someone’s already had a go to remove it. I steam cleaned all the carpets and attacked all stains with the appropriate chemicals. We managed to get the wax out and the chemicals that were already in the carpet creating the dark outline. Carpet was touch dry by the time I finished the job and smelt much better. 5th photo was the water we got from the carpet. Much better down the toilet!
