We’ve begun a major coastal renovation in Mount Maunganui, restoring a late 90’s home affected by significant water ingress and exterior damage.

From stripping back cladding and roofing to completely modernising parts of the home, this project is all about restoring quality, improving functionality, and creating a durable home built for coastal living.

What began as an existing structure is now being transformed through a carefully considered renovation focused on modernising, refining, and elevating the overall living experience.
