Smokey Jalapeño Salsa!! Good for Tacos and nachos!!
It’s my first recording a recipe so I dont really have the measurement for the actual Jalapeños.
Fresh Jalapenos 25-30 pieces
2 medium onions red or brown it doesnt matter
5 cloves of garlic
Half a cup of water
1 cup of vinegar
Char them using your pan or your BBQ. Put them in the pan altogether, wait until they are a soft. Put them in your food processor to mix everything. Im still using my i bought 6 years ago! Its still doing an amazing job after all these years. I use it for everything cooking or baking!
Once mixed, put it in your bottle of choice. Do not forget to steriliser your jar/bottle if you want to store this for more than 3 months. ❤️
