What started as a side hustle in the corner of my bedroom has slowly grown into this — my own little space at home. Last year we extended and made it happen, and I still don’t take it for granted.

It’s not big, but it’s light, airy, clean… and completely mine. You’ll find me here most hours of the day (and night) doing what I love 🤍

Sometimes more space isn’t about building bigger — it’s about thinking smarter.

For this home, no extension was needed. By removing a few key walls and opening up the kitchen, living, and dining areas, we completely transformed how the space feels and functions.

The result? A lighter, more connected home that feels bigger without adding a single square metre.

Another Building Consent Issued today! Adding a double garage with a rumpus room and a second unit to make the most of this clients front section. Did you know Wellington district council allows for 2 dwellings on one title with out the need for a resource consent?
