Dear valued clients and supporters,
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with both my equipment and truck, which have been preventing me from delivering the level of service that I strive for.
Despite starting from scratch and facing numerous setbacks, I've been incredibly fortunate to have the unwavering support of my partner throughout this journey. However, due to ongoing equipment and vehicle failures, I've made the difficult decision to scale back my operations temporarily.
Moving forward, I'll be focusing on servicing my regular fortnightly maintenance clients while I work to resolve these issues. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to complete jobs due to equipment failures, but please rest assured that I'm doing everything in my power to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
