OF COURSE IT NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED!!!!! Ans SOON AS!
AND DUE TO COUNCIL ALLOWING MORE AND MORE HOUSING EVERYWHERE WITHOUT THE DRAINAGE TO ALLOW FOR IT!!! Upper Koutunui Road (top of hill!!) is a flood zone for that very reason. Yeah thanks a big deal. Insurance doesn't cover SO MUCH EITHER!!!

The mayor says there are upcoming projects that may help protect against future flooding.
