After multiple tweaks finally nailed this Clients 51m2 minor dwelling floor plan! Add a large 8mtr x 4mtr deck, dirty great verhandah and a New Zealand made cooktop Warmington Studio Compact wood fire and a house turns into a home.
Average cost to build a house $3500-$3700 per sq mtr
