🚨 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 — 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 / 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀 / 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀-𝗼𝗳-𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 🚨

We’re gearing up for a hectic lead-up to Christmas and could use a few more legends on the tools. We’re not looking for the next Master Builder of the Universe — we’re after an honest, all-round good b*stard (or b*stardess - if you’re fit, strong and capable we don’t discriminate) who can turn their hand to pretty much anything.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 (𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙣 𝙬𝙚 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨):
✅ Physically fit and not scared of a bit of hard graft
✅ Common sense (you’d be amazed how rare this is…)
✅ Reliable — if you say you’ll show up, you actually show up (no sick days for broken fingernails)
✅ Can take direction AND think for yourself
✅ On time, every time — yes, even after a late night
✅ Can invoice for your time (this is a contractor role, not a permanent employment position, and no, we're not paying cash, so please don't ask)
✅ Flexible — every day is different (anything from painting to tidying up a section to assembling a trampoline)

𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:
🚫 No turning up under the influence (save that for the weekend)
🚫 We are a smoke / vape-free work environment — out of courtesy to our customers
🚫 Swiping and scrolling is for after-hours (your Tinder hook-up can wait)
✅ Must have your own transport (basic tools are a bonus, but not a necessity)

What you do in your own time is your business.
During work hours, we’re here to get sh*t done for our clients.

We are family-friendly, so if you need to drop off or pick up your kids, we can accommodate; however, we expect a high level of productivity when you’re on the clock.

✅ Own tools (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker)
✅ Preferably a non-smoker/vaper – we work in and around private homes, including for elderly clients and those with health challenges
✅ Based in or around Kerikeri, but available to travel across Northland
