We are looking for a full-time office manager to join our team based in Waitakere. With over 8 years of experience we specialize in manufacturing, and installing aluminium, steel, timber fences and gates.
This role will involve working closely with the Director to provide support and assistance to the business.
You will manage all aspects of general administration, accounting and financial reporting work, responding to customer inquiries as needed.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Responding to all customer inquiries and website maintenance
Entering and receipting purchase orders, debtor and creditor invoices
Paying Wages weekly via Smart Payroll and other HR functions like hiring, training etc.
GST and PAYE returns
Reconciling bank accounts
Managing Debtors
Preparing month-end reports
Assisting with marketing tasks
Managing staff and contractor compliance
Managing and maintaining Health and Safety records
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following
attributes:
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge with payroll and HR processes
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with using various computer systems
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated, energetic and a team player
You must be honest, reliable and be available for work any day of the week (including public holidays), according to a flexible schedule to suit the business requirements.
