There is nothing better than a big project with a great team and the job on Hinerangi Street ticks both boxes. ✅✅
The first two homes to be built on the section are progressing well and if you’ve been along the Esplanade or to the Te Kuiti pools, you’ll have noticed everything from huge retaining walls being put in, to cranes placing frameworks and our team working in the wet weather of spring🌧 to the melting heat of January☀️🥵!
The pool next door looked pretty tempting for a while there, but we’re a committed team and the job needs doing. 💪👷‍♂️🪚

Sometimes we get an unusual request or a job that needs to be done in a small window of opportunity and needs us to fit with other contractors. Installing 3 Ev chargers ⚡at TLC HQ ✅ all the boxes. With the help of the TLC electricians we completed the job in a day! ⏱
No matter what size of job, give us a call, if you can be flexible we will do our best to schedule you in.

👷‍♂️There's a lot to love about working in construction and this whole house reno is right up there. 👷
We have stripped it right back to the bare bones and are working to bring new life and a better quality of living to the house. Check out the photos. 👇
Renos always throw up interesting problems that you don’t see on new builds and finding creative solutions that work for the building and the owner helps grow our individual and team skills.
This project has the added bonus that we are working alongside the owner who we have done a previous project for. Creating positive working relationships is what we are good at (as well as the building). 😉

If your roof has recently sprung a leak or two💧🪣, don’t panic it may not be a major job to fix.
During hot dry spells older roof nails can work loose and end up popping up a little. Then when we get some unseasonal long heavy rain periods🌨 and the water finds a way in. This problem is generally a quick and easy fix. 🔨
Get in touch as soon as you find your roof has a leak and we can check out what is going on and get it sorted quickly before the problem gets worse and ends up costing shed loads to fix 😆😉

It has been a while since we posted anything and now that the New Year is here it seems like the right time to have a quick look back at what we’ve been up to before we head into some new projects. 👷‍♂️🔨🔧🪚
Last year we were privileged to have worked on projects big and small, from new builds, renovations and decks, to teams heading down to Wellington, working on building large scale warehouses and storage facilities.
Just before Christmas we had a team working on some of the interior fit out of the new Gallagher Recreation Centre ready for its grand opening in February.
As we head in to the new year we want to put a big shout out to all our clients that we have worked with so far. Every project we do gives us the opportunity to do the job we love and grow as a team. Thank you😎.
