It's been a funny few days. 😜Dave thought he'd walked up this hill for the last time on Tuesday as he was supposed to be having a hip revision (replacement of the replacement) yesterday. But the surgeon cancelled it as he was on the operating table, missing a vital part! 😲😲
So back for another month and great to see the team making such good progress with the planting. 🌿🌳🍃

Work has started on this big revegetation job. Several kilometres of irrigation pipe installed, several thousand plants to be planted. 🌿🍃🌱🌳
If you look closely you can see our two planters on the bank starting to plant and then protect each plant with a rabbit sleeve. Hard work on a steep hill! 💪 Temporary nursery installed too.
This will be beautiful tussock and scrub land when finished with beech forest at the top. 🌿👍🌳🍃
