We recently tackled some large, compromised ivy covered poplar trees using the grapple saw Hiab 🏗️ 🌳

From setup to safely bringing them down, then processing everything into mulch ♻️—which was delivered back to the local community 🙌.

We wrapped things up by removing the logs & stumps leaving the site clean, tidy, ready for planting and looking spotless ✨
All in a day’s work 💪

A dead kahikatea removal with a bit going on—sitting right next to an approximately 400-year-old grapevine cutting taken from King Henry’s garden in the UK and bought here by the early settlers. Good chance for our apprentice Zane Saifiti to get stuck in and put his climbing skills to work. Piecing it out clean, no damage to the grapes and more progress towards his L3 qualification! 🍇💪👌

We recently removed some palms from around a clients pool that were causing damage,using a compact HIAB crane to control the lifts.
🏗️ Biggest lift was approximately 850KG
🏊‍♂️ Pool was left clean and tidy
🪵 Site fully cleaned up using our chipper and Kubota excavator
🏋️‍♂️ Estimating the weights of different species of tree is critical when using lifting and rigging equipment in arboriculture. There is no space for mistakes.
⏰ All completed on time and on budget taking only 8 hours.
🍻 Client had cold beers and a clean pool waiting for us at the end.

🌳 A Ginkgo tree that was causing damage to the infrastructure had to be urgently craned out over the weekend at a school, followed by lifting in a stump grinder with to grind the stump away leaving the site clean and tidy for Monday morning.

🏗️ Having access to the right equipment and contractors makes a huge difference when pulling jobs together at short notice. Cheers to shannon for trusting us
