The louvred pergola is finally up!
It’s a beast of a thing - 8metres long and it’s taken the best part of a year to be constructed and erected - but it’s finished and adds a whole outside new room to the glamping without compromising the fabulous view.
BBQs in the rain? ✔️
Alfresco lounging/dining? ✔️
Bathing in a downpour? ✔️
Covered yoga? ✔️
The list goes on.
Only one weekend still available to book till we close up for 6wks - and still a few midweek stays.
Or get in early for the spring/summer season.

Wee Jimmy let the entire village know that Wally had escaped into the ‘good’ paddock.
And silly Piggy got stuck in the gate, once again.

Unfortunately no amount of nuts of Vaseline worked, so the hacksaw it was.

It’s pouring with rain here today, and poor old G was desperate to be reunited with her bone—which she will only eat on the grass. So much so that she happily wore the dreaded raincoat.
There was, of course, some side eye and drama when it was time to come back inside 🦴

We had an escapee today. Big boy Earnie. He was having a good time away from all the ladies. Luckily he’s a softy and went back in the paddock without fuss.
