Kawau Island maintenance job 2025.

We battled the first part of 2025 bringing this extremely tired old girl back to life.

Thankfully the weather was amazing.

New timber windows ✅
Replacing old rotten weatherboards✅
New exterior trims ✅
New roof from the legends .roofing.nz ✅
Full exterior paint ✅

Plenty of snapper for dinner! ✅✅✅

September 2023

RHM was contracted to spruce up the two reception bathrooms at the Morrison Funeral Home in Henderson.

Working nights to allow the busy funeral home to continue business as usual, the boys gave this one a really good push.

Build of 2023.

Techy little Minor dwelling/home and income extension, with a fire and acoustic rated inter tenancy wall between the two dwellings.

65m2 footprint with a 34m2 garage (not included in the total floor area for a minor dwelling), and a funky roof pitch makes the total usable floor area of 76m2 (usual allowance of 65m2) this did need a land usage resource consent, however the added space and extra bedrooms was worth the extra dollars and stress.

Happy with the results.

Almost done! Completing our latest project with Meranti plywood ceilings in this amazing location. Breathtaking views are always a plus when working on the ladder!

Getting decked out for summer.

Rog the Jack Russell and his owners were very happy with their new deck, extending down over two levels. Creating an awesome outdoor living space for those long hot summer days.

Glendene.
Basement to granny flat conversion.
Completed December 2020.

We all know how crazy the housing market in right now, and how many houses have basement storage or dead space that just isn’t being used to its full potential.

On this job we completely gutted the existing basement area, re framed and fire proofed. Creating a safe, warm, cosy, studio apartment for our happy client.
