Conceptarch Our online service allows you to obtain bespoke architectural concept designs for your home, empty site or commercial projects, without the price tag.

Concept Designs Architecture is an online designing service. Our unique service allows you to obtain bespoke architectural concept designs and ideas for your home, empty site or commercial projects, with price certainty. We understand that most people have reservations about using an architect because they instantly assume it will be very expensive. Most architects will do an amazing job, adding v

alue to your project with good ideas. But most architects also expect to complete the project from start to finish, with an expensive hourly rate. And we arguably believe that architects add the most value during the concept design phase, which is why we chose to create a service that only focuses on concept design. All parts of the home renovation and new build process are important, but we believe that getting the concept design right at the start could be the MOST important. Great design will ensure you explore the full potential of your project, adding maximum value. Why do we just do this part of the process? We love architecture and we want to make bespoke architecture affordable. We decided to specialise in just concept designs because we love this part of the creative process in which we help our clients visualise their ideas and making them a reality.

Tiny Homes Vs Small Homes

Tiny homes are trending — and for good reason. Their clever use of space and built-in furniture is inspiring. They're also cost effective and good for the environment.

But with a small home (45–60m²), you get all that smart design plus more comfort, flexibility, and long-term practicality.

I was skeptical about these new AI tools for architecture. My wife Mereana convinced me I needed to look into it to stay ahead of what’s going to massively impact many industries. I’m now really glad I did. Some of the photo-realistic images and videos I can now generate in seconds, used to take me days to produce. I still design the spaces and floor plans for maximum efficiency to consider wellness, maximise light and all the important design factors to make a space feel expansive. But then the challenge is always to communicate the feeling of being in that space. Building is a huge investment. AI images and videos enhance my designs by helping people to imagine themselves in the spaces. These images are helping to communicate my designs and ideas more clearly. I know many in the creative industry are rejecting AI and thats understandable. For me personally it is enhancing my ability to show my designs in an elevated and realistic way that I wouldn’t be able to do without significant effort and design time. I have found AI is a useful tool, not taking away from my work but enhancing my designs by bringing them to life.

This video is of our smallest home design: Iti 1. You can feel the height and openness of the mezzanine style bed. The generous sized windows allows light and the outdoors into the home making it feel bigger and connected to nature, you can see every piece of crafted joinery is purpose built for efficient storage solutions and multi use spaces.
