Preparing & painting a house in Karori. We never use heat guns/blow torches to strip paint - only a chemical stripper with proper controls in place.

A big 3 storey house we completed earlier this year.

This was a full repaint, including the upper & lower roofs, decks, cladding and balustrades surrounding the house. At the request of the client, we also installed wire mesh gutter guards and washed the concrete driveway upon completion.

A lot of work went into preparation and a very happy client at the end of it. Looks like new again!

It's been a few years since our last post! We have been working hard.

The guys have been restoring a property in Wadestown the last 4-5 weeks - stripping a lot of the old deteriorating paint back to bare timber (revealing some beautiful matai underneath). We've taken a lot of care to remove the old existing lead paint - applying a chemical stripper, scraping off the paint & cleaning this up daily. Once stripped, the weatherboards are sanded with our ETS/150 Festool orbital sanders which are hooked up to our M-class vacuums to control & mitigate airborne dust. The site is left clean & tidy every day.

Below are some before and after shots so far. Hoping the weather holds so we can get the topcoats on!
