Half way through a major renovation, on a home which is still being lived in by the clients, which can be tricky to work around , and to keep safety /security and protection of the existing building at the up most of importance. Also the extra cost to shrink wrap the building , is well worth the cost as labour productivity is maximised and no weather damage to the existing or new building materials is a huge plus .

This is a renovation project which needs preparation of the areas below ground level , turning this existing garage into inhabited areas , to prevent dampness and water entering the building, we’ve use a product by Allco Waterproofing Solutions (Volclay Swelltight)it’s base on a membrane sheeting along with the pressure of backfilling to adhere to the wall and expand to fill any voids preventing moisture, strictly applied and installed by a registered/qualified contractor in this case recommend (Sub Zero Waterproofing) 😉

Things are moving along nicely at the new build. The Innoclad. Innowood cladding has been installed. This is a new cladding on the market, Innowood a composite weatherboard which is formed from recycled plastic and wood based product, stable interlocking components along with colour coded aluminium tracks and flashings, leaving a pre finished look with no need for painting of unsightly fixings as it’s secret screwed and it’s locked onto the next board. A really nice clean finish
