DIA ARE SEEKING MORE BUILDERS TO JOIN OUR BUSY CONSTRUCTION TEAM.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Qualified Builders to support upcoming building projects from start to completion. The role involves general site labour, assisting qualified tradespeople, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Ongoing work based in Glen Innes/Point England, Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist with site preparation.

*Support other builders & apprentices as required.

* Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment when needed.

* Operate hand tools and basic power tools competently.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

* Follow site supervisor instructions and daily work schedules.

* Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations and site protocols.

* Assist with framing, cladding, lining, and finishing tasks as directed.

* Own transport and full set of tools.

* Positive attitude.

* Contract only.

Skills & Experience:

* Must be Qualified.

* Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

* Strong work ethic and punctuality is a must.

* Ability to work independently and within a team.

* Understanding of building processes and site operations.

Tradesman for ongoing work with an approximate start date of 30th January 2025!

The work is based predominantly East Auckland (Glen Innes) for atleast the next 14 months.

Qualified Builder is preferred with experience and background in townhouses, duplexes and walk ups.

MUST have:

* Own reliable transport.
* FULL set of tools.
* Be able to work on your own & supervise apprentices when needed.
* A good positive attitude.

This project is fast paced and requires alot of manual labour therefore someone with good fitness is beneficial.
