Panama Trip Plan (part 1) SAVE THIS POST 📍

3 weeks Panama trip 🇵🇦

PANAMA CITY - 1 day
I spent the day on a walking tour and exploring the area, ceviche for lunch and roof top bars for diner. As you will go in and out of Panama City on this trip, one day is enough. I stayed in Casco Viejo (old town) has some great tours. I popped into for some serious interior inspo

✈️ Flight to…

BOCAS DEL TORO - 6 nights 🏝️
I stayed in the north for 3 nights in a little homestay which is secluded with fireflies in the garden. It has its own beach and you have Starfish beach all to yourself too in the mornings & evenings.

I moved to on Bestimontos which has a totally different vibe. Tropical jungle, huge sandy beach, and very Caribbean laid-back rustic feel. Book a tour with - Steffano is an expert in all things florna

🚌 bus to…

BOQUETE - 2 days 🥾⛰️
Shuttle bus to this mountain area famous for coffee growing. I went on two fantastic hikes Los Trios Cascades and the Pipeline Trail where I got to hug a 1000 year old tree. Make sure you swim in the waterfall! 🏊‍♀️ Next time, I’ll hire a car so I can explore the hot springs & canyon.

TIP: Hold in mind between each place you’ll loose a day travelling. But each shuttle bus journey I took was only 5 hours and it’s a lovely way to see the country. I booked most of my transportation online as I went. Aprox 35-65 dollars.

Everything here is in dollars 💵 and you can pay in USD.

Any questions just ask! I got so much advice from amazing blog, so check her out too.

3 Dopamine Decor Ideas That Will Transform Your Home into A Happier Place

If your home is feeling a little flat this winter, here are my three simple, achievable steps to give it a mood boosting refresh with these 3 dopamine decor ideas by interiors editor and stylist Maxine Brady

To be fair, I did go for a cheap kitchen 😂

Seven years on though, here’s the honest truth about my fitted wardrobes.

Starting from the top, fitted wardrobes aren’t really about doors, finishes or looking ‘grown up’. The clever bit is the inside. The planning. The boring decisions you don’t see on Instagram but feel every single morning.

My bedroom used to stress me out. It was an awkward shape, nothing worked properly, and getting dressed always felt chaotic. So when I designed these, the biggest job wasn’t choosing a colour or handles. It was properly thinking about what I actually needed to store and how I live day to day.

Laundry hidden away. Jewellery stored so it doesn’t tangle. Slim cupboards making use of dead space behind the door. Plug sockets inside so hair tools live where they’re used. Hanging knitwear to save space. Drawers so I don’t need a separate chest cluttering up the room. Everything has a place, and everything stays out of sight.

That’s what you’re paying for.

Full transparency, I don’t store everything in here. Seasonal clothes live under the bed and I have a separate shoe cupboard. But even with that, this is the space I use the most in my home. More than the kitchen. Every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 day 👏🏻

Do I have a regret? Yes. The navy fronts.
I love the colour, but I wish I’d gone lighter so I could repaint them over time. Lesson learned. Storage is forever, colour tastes change 🙌🏻

Were they spendy? Absolutely.
Would I do it again? Without hesitation.

So here’s my question for you, and I want honest answers please. Would you spend more on your wardrobes than your kitchen? ⬇️
