Slow Cooker Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
8 oz fettuccine pasta
Seasonings
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Creamy Alfredo Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
Add the sliced red and green bell peppers around the chicken.
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over everything.
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning.
Pour the creamy Alfredo sauce mixture evenly into the crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions.
Shred or slice the chicken and stir it into the creamy sauce.
Toss the cooked pasta into the crockpot until fully coated.
Serve warm with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
