celebrating special occasions and making memories; spending it through spaces designed to spend a bliss

To be able to create something out of a concept of how a place can be a vessel to create memories is one of the beauty of designs. Making use of an area where people spend time with the people they surround with is such a wonderful outcome a design can give. The joy they will experience and the memories they will make are what makes a good design.

At the , the outdoor areas are designed through the clients way of hosting and making celebrations with their friends and loved ones. The concept evolved through out the idea of how these major spaces can also make their guests feel the warmth the family gives, making them feel like home; creating memories like a family.

At by .ph , experience dining into an artistic food surrounded by locally made arts—a true gallery of artists in deed.

Another milestone to set this year filled with joy at Kreate to be shared together with our dear client for another successful project turnover. We are truly proud to be part of this journey with them; as part of the gem of the Kapampangan cuisine, it is indeed a humbling experience to work with this project.

One of the eye-catching factors of a family house is its warmth and inviting filling whenever one enters—adding greenery, plants, and landscapes is one of the ways to add that inviting factor that makes the design whole.

In completing a landscape design, it is important to complement the major spaces and work around them while keeping the clients needs and wants in mind.

By layering method, placing the softscapes to complement the hardscapes makes the process a lot easier, especially when it comes to the types of plants and where they can most thrive and provide their most effective use.

The site development is an existing project that expands the design principles of kreate. Providing concepts and turning them into landscape design is truly a wonderful design experience for the team.

From concept to design and down to its construction and finishing, the team at Kreate is so proud to be part of the first stand-alone subway franchise in the Philippines! From design rendering to the actual finished project, consistency and having a concrete direction or materials are key.

Letting to set actual materials and finishes to designing spaces that are meant to be used is one of the key design principles that are important to keep in mind because it lets the designers, contractors, and of course the clients have a concrete guide towards the design and construction process up until the project turnover. This method is used on one of Kreate’s latest finished projects this year. As the houses their guests for a relaxing stay, the design and material choices down to the details are curated with the use of the space in mind.

It was a true pleasure to be part of this project this year. Having to be part of one’s life experience is what keeps us going. Congratulations to our dear clients for a successful project turnover!

Considering design elements that invite warmth and conversation for spaces where people can hang out is very important to consider how it is placed and what are the surrounding elements that would complement it. This fireplace at the Landscapes creates the perfect cozy ambiance where it is designed to blend in on the ground and the landscape elements that surround it—adding to its ambience is the waterscape element at the fence wall, giving a serene feel to the space—fit for sharing core moments with loved ones.

Landscapes play a significant role in architecture, but what they do to the users is far beyond what a good design could provide. Planning how the softscapes can reach their maximum potential will shape the overall design of a project. By surrounding the hardscape elements with the softscape elements, this balance of contrast highlights the design. With this approach, plants that need specific light and space can thrive in the area, which is the important part since they are the ones that make the space come to life.

Landscapes is part of its third phase of design. Blending it in with the first phase, which is the main house, and the second phase, which is the pool area, also designed by Kreate, now being the last phase, completes a home that gives the users places to recreate both indoor and outdoor activities in the comfort of their home. We are thrilled to share with you more about this upcoming project, which is, in fact, a breath of fresh air for Kreate.
