To all Graduands of Pampanga State University:

Please be informed that the Toga Distribution will commence on August 5, 2026. For the initial schedule, the distribution will be held on the following dates and venues, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM:
Graduands are advised to take note of their assigned schedule and to come on their designated date and time to ensure an orderly and smooth distribution.

Only the class mayors or their representative per section may claim the togas. Class mayors are advised to arrive on time and bring a valid ID and the provisional receipt issued by DHVSU Multipurpose Cooperative.

The succeeding dates of the Toga Distribution will be announced in a separate advisory.

The official PSU logo and patches are available exclusively at the DHVSU Multipurpose Cooperative.

Please be advised that we do not sell our official patches online or accept pre-orders.

The patches sold by other sellers do not have the same quality as our official products and are being sold without authorization.

The official price of the genuine PSU patch is ₱50.00 each. There are no other prices for the official patch.

To ensure that you receive an authentic, high-quality product, please purchase only from the DHVSU Multipurpose Cooperative. Don't be misled by lower-priced imitations that are not officially authorized.
